Seneca Flight Operations has provided safe and efficient air transportation since 1956 and operates from the Penn Yan Airport in Penn Yan, New York.

We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ADMINISTRATOR for our Penn Yan, New York operation. This full time, hourly position reports directly to the President/General Manager. Our goal is to provide the best experience for all of our customers - both internal and external - and this position plays a key role in meeting that goal.

As the CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ADMINISTRATOR, you will be responsible for insuring customers that utilize our FBO receive premium customer service, whether they be passengers arriving at or departing from the airport or local residents utilizing our rental car services. You will work closely with the Airport Grounds Manager to ensure proper coverage of incoming aircraft, early and late call ins and proper handling of our aircraft fleet in terms of aircraft cleanliness, fueling and other services.

You will also be responsible for working with the President / General Manager to promote and sell our charter services. This involves working closely with the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot and Director of Maintenance to ensure all safety standards are met and flight crews and aircraft are ready and available for missions to commence.

This is a safety sensitive position which requires you pass a pre-employment drug test and you will be required to be part of a random drug screening program while employed at Seneca Flight Operations. Please note per the FAA, the use of Marijuana and related products is strictly prohibited.

Seneca Flight Operations is a small, cohesive team of aviation professionals that works together to ensure missions are completed safely, effectively and professionally. Therefore, your ability to work with all members of the team towards that common goal is a must. While our job roles are clearly defined, team members must always be willing to assist other members of the team when necessary. Additionally, this is not a typical 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday position. Our aircraft have the potential to fly every day of the year at all times of the day (with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas). With that in mind, we also believe strongly in the proper life balance of work and family.
